Speech QoS

A per channel test application for speech quality (QoS) with DSP and PACE or PESQ functionality

This module is independent of network technology (GSM/WCDMA). In addition to speech quality MOS values, additional degradations like echo, silence, level jump etc. help the user to pin-point the exact problem cause. MOS values combined with signalling messages in the radio path is invaluable in detecting air interface problems. In benchmarking applications, speech quality MOS is one of the main criteria for comparing performance of different networks. With the unique "Live Recording" option, the user can selectively record poor quality speech from the network and analyse it at base.
