It does not matter which test system you use, everyone has experienced the situation where your driver or field engineer is having a problem that is preventing him from completing the network test. You try to help him over the phone, but eventually you have to ask him to return to base to fix the problem, often travelling hundreds of kilometres and a whole day of measurement wasted.
